Consultation Fee:

Travel to Maui offers a unique complimentary quote. This option is perfect for someone who is just at the "price shopping" stage of their travel plans. Our no cost quote will provide you with an emailed "ball park figure" of what a travel package would cost based on the information listed on your travel request form.

Once we get into specifics, our planning/consulting fee will go into effect. This nominal $50.00 fee will be applied towards your travel package when your booking is confirmed with Travel to Maui.

The consulting fee includes an in depth phone consultation with a travel professional who specializes in your destination of choice. During your consulting appointment we will address all your questions and requests, email you current pictures of the properties and/or links to their websites, provide firsthand comments from past clients and their experience working with Travel to Maui, and more. This telephone appointment normally lasts from 20-60 minutes in length.

This $50.00 Travel Planning Fee is a non-refundable fee or transferable and would apply towards the cost of your package, once you reservation turns into a confirmed travel package booking.

Cancelled bookings will not be entitled to refund of this $50.00 Travel Planning Fee for any reason.

Group rates or bookings are not covered with this $50.00 Consulting Fee. Group rates would consist of parties of 10 or more. Please inquire about the cost and terms of this fee.

Pricing, Cancellations, & Refunds:

Prices are not guaranteed until paid in full. Not included in your travel package would be: resort fees, travel insurance (unless noted in your quote), parking, baggage fees, or other fees charged directly by the airlines, additional driver fee, fuel charges or insurance on your vehicle.

A fee will be charged for cancellations. Additional airline, property, and/or supplier fees may also be charged. Once a vacation has begun, there will be no refunds for any unused or partially used vacation features or services, including accommodations and car rentals. All unused air transportation at all times is subject to the carriers' tariff rules. In all cases, cancellation fees will apply and are non-refundable for any reason, including sickness and other emergencies. Certain cancellation fees may be covered by purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. The $50 consultation fee is non-refundable and nontransferable because the work has already been done.

Privacy Policy:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We have access only to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request for a travel booking.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit a Travel Quote Request via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. This information is used for booking purposes only. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. The only person with access to this information is the owner of Travel to Maui.
